MAI Central Eastern Europe Ltd. is the largest independent network of insurance and reinsurance brokers within Central and Eastern Europe. It was established in 1990 in response to the increasing need for insurance programmes which comply with international law for both international and local companies operating within the region.

Since its foundation MAI has established offices in 13 countries and established strong partnerships with local brokers in six other countries.

MAI has an excellent relationship with all of the major insurance companies opperating within the region, as well as all the larger domestic insurance companies. MAI is able to leverage the amount of business it places with specific insurance companies to help get the best possible terms and conditions, and most effective prices for its clients.
