The workshop training has been held this time in Munich which proved to be very attractive place as far as accessibility and overall cost.

The training has been opened by Andrew Cater, now with AB Risk Solutions, who has thoroughly explained the idea of broker's slip and broker's wording for cargo products.

This was followed by a very practical presentation of Johan Van Der Meirsch, DP Surveys discussing the real life cases of marine and road transport claims.

The session was closed by a summary of "What a logistics operator may need from a broker" presented by the M&L team member.

Again, workshop proved to be a great success and value adding activity as stated by all participants.
