Online Claim Report

For a quicker and higher level of service MAI will introduce online claim reporting. We will be expanding this section over the coming months. 


Please read this information carefully, then choose the type of claim you wish to report and your location. Finally, fill out the claim report form, which can be sent to us by clicking on the "send" button.

The sent form will arrive at our claim department where the responsible claim expert will contact you within 48 hours.

The Claim report form may not include all the data needed for claim adjustment. During the survey or after it, please give all the requested necessary information to our representative. 

To allow faster claim adjustments please provide our representative with all the requested documentation as it becomes available: don't wait until you have the entire selection of required documents. Often we can start working with just the first few documents, speeding up the process.
